Approbation and Using Business Simulation ViAL+

Business simulation ViAL+ has been tested with the participation of more than 500 participants in the format of focus-groups, trainings and   practicum during the 2011-2012 academic year. The participants of  the testing were students and teachers of the leading universities of the country, scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, representatives of the real sector of the economy.

Our wins:

• Business simulation ViAL+ ranked first place at competitive projects «Pegasus-2013» in Belgorod.
• The third place at competitive projects on the Innovative technologies festival in the framework of the II All-Russian festival of science in 2012.

In 2013 the master class was organized in the framework of the XXXVIII International scientific and methodical conference “Quality of higher education: methodological and methodical approaches to the implementation of distance learning technologies” in the Poltava University of economy and trade, which was attended by teachers of higher educational establishments. A sole seminar and All-University tournament were held in Kharkiv National Economic University (http://www.hneu.edu.ua/articles/profile/249).

Today on the basis of business simulation ViAL+ following activities are held:

• business-tournament in Kharkiv National Economic University;
• interactive business practice at the Kyiv National Economic University;
• the negotiations about its usage in other 3 Universities of Ukraine.

The main areas of the usage of business simulation ViAL+ are:

1. Conducting of trainings, seminars on the economic processes management of the company at higher educational institutions as well as at training, study centres.
2. Conducting of production practice for students.
3. Conducting of tournaments both within the higher educational establishment and between the different higher educational establishments in Ukraine and abroad.
4. Conducting corporate trainings for staff development.

Nowadays business simulation ViAL+ is an effective tool not only for training and shaping of practical skills, but also for reunion and deepening of the cooperation between the participant, the higher educational establishment and the employer. Since the participant receives and deepens the necessary practical skills, higher educational establishment receives highly qualified graduates, and employers are more confident in young specialists, who can make decisions and solve real-life situations.
